• Full Moon Birth Package

    With this package you will receive two 1 hour prenatal appointments where we will go over your birth desires, hopes, fears, and learn how I can best support you. Additionally, we will run through some tried and true labor techniques that assist to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for labor and delivery. You will receive on-call support from me from 38 weeks until delivery, and I will be there with you through the labor and delivery. You also receive two 1 hour postpartum appointments where I can help with nutritional support, breastfeeding guidance, birth processing and more.

  • Birth Support Package

    With this package you will receive on call support from 38 weeks until delivery. I will arrive to support you during labor when your contractions are following a consistent pattern of active labor. I can be available by phone for any support you may have leading up to labor, and also postpartum.

  • Postpartum Package

    With this package you will receive 4 postpartum sessions focused on mothering the mother. At your first visit you will receive a nourishing and nutrient rich soup, lactation muffins, and postpartum tea. As well as a gift basket filled with various handcrafted salves, oils, herbal blends and more… which support your full recovery and integration into motherhood. At each visit I will massage your belly with warm oil, wrap your womb in the Benkung belly bind way, and assist with any housework, birth processing, or child tending needed. This is for YOU to feel held, as you hold your baby, you too are mothering yourself in new ways.

  • Placenta Encapsulation

    Your sacred placenta is full of vital nutrients that can restore so much of what was lost in labor and delivery,it his known to help balance hormones, increase milk supply, and support feelings of general well being.

    We prepare out placenta in the TCM Method and can also tincture your placenta for preserving the longevity of your medicine.
